The Work Day

Today I made about $100 cleaning up my grandparent’s house. I am very grateful for making the money, but my Grammy’s bathroom, is DISGUSTING. She had powder all over the floors, and not just any powder, oh no, powder to make her legs whiter. You heard me! POWDER TO MAKE HER LEGS WHITER. You have no idea how scared I am now…. I saw things I should never have seen. And just blah, I really didn’t like it, but my step-grandpa (long story) is really cool. His name is Tom. He is the whole reason we went over there. My brother, DJ, and his friend, Shane, helped him move some boxes in their attic. I cleaned their two bathrooms, their kitchen, and their van. On the floor of the van there was food stuck. I felt like I was going to puke! But it was all worth it, I guess, I have all my money saved for Lakeside now. In case you’re wondering, Lakeside is a summer camp I go to. Last time I went I had my parents pay for me, but this time I want to be responsible and pay for myself. I do dishes for $5 a week, now, I have $185 saved for it, I only had $85, so that $100 made a BIG difference, I only need $15 more, which means only 3 more weeks :D  But I’m going to the movies tomorrow, to see Ironman 3 :D I’m going with my youth group and I’m going to use $20 out of the $100 for  that, the actual camp only costs $150 but I wanted $50 for the T-shirts, the snacks, and all that type of stuff.

FM Static

Pieces of clothing thats in now

Since it's summer now I suggest to most girls tank tops and tees for shirts. But what some girls don't understand is that when you have a little too deep tanks they show a little too much cleavage and it looks kind of inappropriate for their age. the same with denim shorts. when they are too short it seems like you are a stripper or something. so I suggest not above about 2 feet from the hip.Another thing that's good to think of is brighter is better when you think of clothing for the summer. the same with the nail polish. right now I'm rocking the bright blue and neon orange. the orange on my finger nails and the bright blue on the toe nails. during the winter and fall I don't wear nail polish on my toe nails because I wear boots and sneakers in those seasons not flip flops and heels like I do during the summer and spring. don't do dark colors during the summer. do colors like the typical neon colors orange, pink, red, green, blue, silver (not gray!), yellow, and purple. Find the brightest colors of the colors I just told you about.

What I'm reading right now

Okay, so I have been reading a lot of Meg Cabot lately. Her website is www.MegCabot.com so you can look that up if you want. Yesterday I finished a book by her (it's a sequel to another book) American Girl: Ready or Not. and it was a sequal to American Girl. Meg writes about the typical teenaged girl problems that most (like me) face everyday. You guys probably know her by the Princess Diaries series (that's what she's famous for). What I am reading right now (which I started yesterday after I finish American Girl.) is Teen Idol. So far (how much I have read so far in other words) It is about this girl having the opportunity to (I guess) train some superstar because she is the only girl that doesn't go all crazy over him every time she sees him. So yeah that's how much I've gotten through. Uhm, you should DEFINITELY go to Meg's website (after you finish this blog of course) like now! So yeah....... I'll see you later I guess! Bye bye! :]

This week the number 10 song I have been listening to ALL week long I'm SO obsessed with it it's not even funny. It's called Hey Stephen by Taylor Swift. She is one of my ALL TIME favorite artists. The Number 8 song that I've been obsessed with all week is another song by Taylor Swift. It's called White Horse. It's about a girl finding out that her boyfriend has been cheating on her with another girl while she's just walking to his house to see whats up and then he starts asking her for his forgiveness and it shows in the video that she says on the phone she says that one word, "No" then hangs up and crys.
